Labor % combines Timesheet hours with each employee's effective hourly rate from Sonny's Compensation records (effective-dated, handles hourly and salary). One item to VERIFY against the live API: confirm the employee endpoint returns the hourly rate field. If it does not, labor cost comes from the Back Office labor cost reports instead.

Access is enforced on the server: each request is scoped to the sites a user may see, and the Audit tab is withheld from Site Team Members regardless of the interface. Invitations are single-use and expire in 7 days. In production, the link is emailed; here it is shown so you can hand it over.
